Producciones Markahuasi
In the mid-1980s, Jorge Lozano founded Producciones Markahuasi, an event production company. There was a high demand for events featuring Chacalón y La Nueva Crema, so they also started recording musical productions. Because of the high demand for events, the company formed their own group called "Grupo Markahuasi," with Alin as the lead vocalist. Alin was already popular as the frontman of Grupo Alegría. The company released fewer than 10 albums, which showcased the final and prolific stage of Chacalón y La Nueva Crema and the recent rise of Grupo Markahuasi.
